If you are enrolled in eIS you only ship to the eIS shipping hub in Glendale Heights Illinois. EBay charges and collects the international portion of shipping.
You could use Pirateship's special export rate to Canada. You must message them within the site and ask for it. It's 9.99 for up to 8 oz. 12.99 up to 16 oz. If you are enrolled in eBay's international shipping program ( EIS - go to shipping preferences in your account and look at the status if enrolled) the shipping rate is considerably higher. If you do choose to use EIS , you must adjust your shipping costs.
