I just got an offer from a customer in Winnipeg, Canada. I only have shipping listed at 9.99
Does ebay help with international shipping costs? I don't like to sell internationally for this reason but I didn't see how to unselect it.
Thanks

If you are enrolled in eIS you only ship to the eIS shipping hub in Glendale Heights Illinois.
EBay charges and collects the international portion of shipping.

You could use Pirateship's special export rate to Canada. You must message them within the site and ask for it. It's 9.99 for up to 8 oz. 12.99 up to 16 oz. If you are enrolled in eBay's international shipping program ( EIS - go to shipping preferences in your account and look at the status if enrolled) the shipping rate is considerably higher. If you do choose to use EIS , you must adjust your shipping costs.

I’m in Canada. I see five items currently for sale from you and they’re all forwarded to Canada through the eBay International Shipping (eIS) service.
Ten bucks is what the buyer will pay you to get the item to the eIS hub in Illinois. The buyer will pay eBay what it costs to get the item from the hub to them.
