international shipping issue any help

so i am on the global shipping. shipped many times. always just one item. this week i had three international shipping which the buyer bought 2 or more items. 

so before these items were sold i got a few messages. asking do you combine shipping. i get that message often and i always do combine shipping. i have no clue the person's address or even that they are out of country till end of sale 

so one sale guy won 2 auctions and did a buy it now. hes **bleep** cause ebay is making him do seperate transactions and 3 separate shipments. its costing him more than he thought, i called ebay and lady told me they only combine shipping on stuff buy it now, that was checked out all at once and auctions don't qualify for combined shipping. on international only i sent the items and there in route. i'm hoping he dont give me bad feedback.

so that happened again guy got two items and he was totally cool with it

now today i get a offer on three items, they were fair price so i accepted all three. now he also wants combined shipping on all three but i cannot send a invoice to any global shipping sales. 

is there a way around this to make the customer happy and ship them together. i know i can ship directly to him but its in germany and 3 heavy items. ebay takes there percentage out of that sale unless done thru global shipping. i would be in the hole if done that way.

global shipping can not be combined. Do not do such.

I am not aware of the eBay 3% tax on international non-GSP. I don't use GSP.  Nothing says you have to use eBay's shipping. You can combine and ship USPS and then add the tracking number. You can invoice him separately for each item and just charge the combined shipping one one or split between the 3.

Seems like an arbitrary rule that you can't combine shipping on GSP. Maybe call back and see if you get another answer of its possible on eBay's international standard ( I never use this too slow but if it works for you OK)

When the seller ships to the domestic GSP destination, the GSP shipping label has a special code that allows the GSP to link the package to the shipping information from one transaction.  There is no way to include multiple listings in one shipment.

I thought that you could see the buyer's location when they make an offer?

If the buyer pays for all items in the cart at the same time, the global shipping program will automatically combine the international shipping.  But there is no way to combine the domestic part of the shipping so if each listing has $3 to ship the item to Kentucky, the buyer would have to buy $3shipping for each item.

You could relist and put all 3 items in one listing with a combined shipping cost.

so i did a lot of research. only way they will combine shipping on GSP is if all items are bought buy it now only and checked out all at once at full price then they will combine shipping. if there is a offer that was accepted then that does not qualify. if its a auction or offer from auction or second chance offer they do not qualify. 

i only use Global shipping as some items like heavy tools and vintage electronics are often global sales not thru GSP. shipping is so high and the way ebay charges the lump sum when not using the global shipping can end up costing me money. i sold a item that cost 300 for them to have it shipped to norway and the item sold for 60 and i paid 20 for it. after ebay fees it would be a 30.60 cent fee at 10 percent but now its higher because them made me do maged payments. its more like 12 or 13 percent. i would be working for nothing, not to mention bubble wrap and peanut on the electronics. tools are easy ship mostly.

also once you sold it thru global shipping you cannot edit change or invoice them at all. you get the red screen with some info.

you can see buyer location sometimes, if its on the app they dont show but on the PC they do. sometimes im out on the road looking for treasure and cant use my PC. you can see there profile.
