I am fairly new to reselling.  I thought listing clothing items was free, for a private seller.  I am being charged

for every item, even if I haven't reached 250 items.  Am I doing something wrong?

You have 398 active listings so there are 148 that you're being charged for.

I can explain it to you but I can’t understand it for you.

Your existing listings renew every month as part of the 250 free listings you get every month.

You are over the 250 free listings.

That's 250 total a month, not 250 new listings every month.

Right now, you have 400 listings, plus what you have sold this month.

Have a great day.

Each month you get 250 free insertions which can be used for (1) new listings; (2) relists; or (3) when a fixed price listing rolls over.  So it looks like you listed more items in late March after you had used up your 250 free insertions.

Fixed price listings roll over each month on the same date as they were listed (such as April 1, May 1, June 1) and when a listing rolls over it will use up one of your 250 free insertions, if available.
