Your statement is just too short and we don't know what you are questioning or need help with. Keep in mind we don't know what is going on with your transaction like you do. You need to share more information before any of the other Ebay members can help you with whatever issue you have.

Who is "they"? Are you talking about the electronic tracking says this?
I assume by "process" you mean the tracking that you can call up on line with whatever carrier is being used. Correct?.
Who is the carrier? I know you are in a different country, but where is the item coming from? What country?
When did you purchase the item? Have you tried contacting your seller for more information?

It appears your package isn't even late for another 10 days, so it is way too soon to get concerned. Just keep an eye on the tracking. You can sign up for emailed tracking updates. That works nicely for me. If you don't have the package on Dec. 22nd, file a Item Not received claim.
