Hello, I have a question about customs fees. When I order a product from the UK or the United States of America, I see a customs fees section in the payment menu. But when ordering from Hong Kong using free international shipping, there is no information in the import charges menu. Will custom fees be applied when entering the EU?

You see custom fees from the US or UK when the seller is using ebay's global shipping program.  That program is not available from Hong Kong so depending on the value and type of item, custom fees may be charged  on delivery.
