If a buyer wants to return an item but, as they love to do, claims there was a problem with the item--which there definitely was not--but they try to get ebay to give them a return label and charge me (the seller) for the label how would I check to find out if *I* was charged for the return label for her? Would it show up in my ebay account or would it show up in my pay pal account?
I realize that if the buyer simply said they bought it by mistake or it didn't work for them (the honest buyers)--that they would be required to pay for their own return label to get it back to me.
But as we all know--a good portion of the buyers if they decide it is not what they wanted--they will try to say there was something wrong with it when they received it or something deceitful hoping ebay will send them a label and make the seller pay for the label claiming it was the seller's fault.
Where would I look to find out if I've been charged?

If you are in Managed Payments, you would look under Payments, All Transactions.

First thing you need to do is quit taking all of this personally - it's just business! You need to accept that returns are just part of retail selling. When you finally get your head around that, then you can recognize that returns come with a "cost" and that cost needs to be calculated and worked into your selling price. Also you should set aside a contingency fund to pay for the occasional costs of returns/refunds. You do that and it takes away the 'financial shock' of returns.
