Just today, my iOs app started freezing when I try to save the mailing label to the app for my thermal printer. When I click on 'save label' the menu of places I can save the label briefly shows up and then disappears and the app is totally unresponsive. The only way to unfreeze the app is to restart the phone. It was fine yesterday. I've uninstalled the app, restarted the phone, reinstalled the app, but that didn't fix it. I even updated to the newest version of iOs. Nothing has fixed it. I've had this printer for three months and this is the first I've had this problem. Anyone else?
