i need to send a refund for combine shipping

please tell me how to combine shipping for items already paid for. i need to send a refund of $4.

To combine.... Click all purchases from your buyer click the button labels "shipping" next click "purchase shipping label". 
This will take you to "Buy Labels in bulk" 

Next select all items then click combine 

Enter the weight and dimensions select your shipping service. 
To issue a refund .....click the drop down menu next to one of the items your buyer bought scrollto find "send refund"
