But where i print out the label even tho Ebay is supposed to print me a FEDX label in their script on the page they only mention USPS . My customer is expecting FEDX and he paid me for FEDX . i hav;nt printed label yet ?

What are the package dimensions and what is the package weight? It's possible One Rate is blocked because your package exceeds the service's limits.

Also: is the buyer's address a PO Box?
