hello guys, first of all my english sucks, sorry.

so i bought an item and it should been delivered by 12 february. it said it was shipped already.

When i tried to contact the seller using the item number i was told i got the wrong item number(i know how to copy/paste a number)

I sent him a private message 10 days ago, still no answer.

I tried to contact the ebay support several times still no success.

When i try to contact ebay support i keep getting this error

Something went wrong. We’re sorry.

anyway are there any other options to solve this problem?

Did you get a tracking number and check the status of the delivery? You can open a claim for an item not received on the purchase page.

In your Purchase History, if the estimated delivery date was February 12th, why not open an item not received case?

You have 30 days to do this with eBay.

Also, why not read eBay's Money Back Guarantee for buyers so you'll know what to do if/when an eBay transaction goes wrong.

It sounds like your item has been removed @virlaur-63 so the item number is no longer valid. On your Purchases page using a computer, click More action > I don't get it to the right of the missing item. Then start a refund request, before your 30 days since Feb 12 runs out.

Then, as soon as it appears within 3 business days, click Ask eBay to step out, and you'll get your refund. If the item eventually arrives (it won't) you can still repay your missing seller.
