i brought resing but they sent me ink but ebay told me i have to pay return shipping fee

i brought resin kits but seller sent me ink kits and actually they sent me wrong products but 

seller keep told me i have to pay shipping retun fee and ebay agents too 

 i do not know what to do

i have to pay 5 dollars for wrong items return shipping fee 

and the other one i cancel it but they just sent me 

i cancel it rightaway but they just sent me and pay the money

You open a return case with the reason of "Received Wrong Item". This is done under your purchases, next to the item is an option "More Action" Return Item - which needs to be started within 30 days of delivery.

Provide information & a return label should be provided to you if its domestic. If it is international, you will need to package it & get a shipping quote once the return is approved & an address provided. DO NOT SHIP IT. Provide the shipping quote amount to the seller with an email address for paypal. If the seller does not provide the funds, you can escalate to have ebay step in & they will normally determine in your favor, refunding you & allowing you to keep the item.
