USPS mis-delivered item to wrong address. Notified USPS about problem. They retrieved item and delivered it to correct address. Buyer messaged me he rereiced item.
How to notify Ebay the item was delivered correctly, and get Ebay to release my funds held until this delivery issue was resolved
