how to file a claim as a seller on shipping charges

Hello,

how can I file a claim after paying double what I used to pay for a shipping label for the same Item I sold 4 times before? in addition to that, my customer paid an extra $11 when he received his package, and they told him that the seller did something wrong while shipping the package.

Also, eBay charged me for that $11!! so basically I paid $32 for a shipping label, although I paid $7 for shipping the same item before. thank you.

What's the bet that's how the OP's 'previous parcels' shipped for $7?

Although even then - if they were charged an additional $11 their buyer should NOT have been also charged postage due.
