help with what to do should i offer refund or what idk , need help asap

so im new to ebay and i listed and sold a drone it came with two batterys when it arrived one of the batterys didnt work , would something of happend when it was shipped ? i tested everything befor i sold it and it was working fine , sould i offer a full refund , or just refund the amount it would cost to get a replacement battery or what ? is it my fauld the battery doesnt work or would that of been a shipping issue i paid for extra insurance on the shipping need help asap

well he was happy with the item just not with the other battery and im trying to find the less costly method, would this be a shipping issue cause it was working fine the week befor i mailed it  , ? , and would it be possible to issue a refund for the cost of a replacement battery ,

You have two choices. Reimburse them in the form of a partial refund to cover the cost of a replacement battery or... order one. Me personally? I would replace the battery for them. I hate to say it, but I sold a DVD once and then couldn't find the stupid thing so I ordered a brand new one from another website that it is easy to drop ship with and sent them a message letting them know

So...you could order them a replacement battery and drop ship it to them. Manufacture defect happen and the battery could have been DOA from the factory. Nice that the buyer is happy with it. No point in being difficult 🙂
