I have sold an item to someone in Puerto Rico. The item is eligible for global shipping. When I print the label it goes directly to the buyer, not to the shipping center in Kentucky. HELP!

Puerto Rico is "in" the United States ... that is, it is a domestic delivery because it is a USA territory.
