I think sellers are responsible for delivering items to my hands not post office. Did I buy items for the post office. I know many items are at the post for more than a month and I am sure I will not have them. In many cases they keep them.
It seems that it was wrong when I bought at Ebay. I began buying more than two months ago and paid about AED4,500 not received any item. So I really regret it. I shopped at regular stores which was faster and easier. Please refund my money.

Are you kidding me? You want something hand delivered, then go buy it in a store.
The postal carrier is responsible for the time it takes to get you. The seller is responsible for mailing it.
Did it ever occur to you that maybe you should be vetting your sellers better?
Better yet: QUIT BUYING FROM CHINA!
All your sellers in feedback are Chinese.
If items are not arriving, then you need to file cases for ITEM NOT RECEIVED.

So let me get this straight.
If you buy my widget you want me to hop on a plane from Ohio to Egypt, travel to your home and put it into your hands? Do you even realize how crazy that sounds.

What's really crazy is the sellers the OP is buying from and keeps buying from and expecting different results.
Isn't that the definition of insanity?

In order to get a refund, you MUST open an ebay item not received within 30 days of the last estimated delivery date.
