Yesterday global shipping disappeared on all my listings. I tried to get it back up but when i go to international shipping Ebay international is all that comes up. What happened?

Global Shipping has been discontinued (announced a few months ago)

It is being replaced by EiS...there is a full help page explaining the rollover to the new system
if you were enrolled in GSP, this is automatic change for you.....
