The saga continues.  I did everything I could to make sure of what was included in purchase before I made purchase. I paid immediately as requested. The seller didn't ship the additional attachment that they said was included in the purchase. Now they want me to ship back the partial shipment for a refund or accept a partial refund. My take is that they should ship the attachment or refund the price of the attachment, which they have listed for sale on Ebay.  The other suggestion was to send a complete kit that was suppose to have been shipped and I would return partial shipment. They say they can't do any of my suggestion because of company policy. Apparently it's against policy to send what is advertised for sale. We are at a stalemate as far as negotiations go. Ebay is of no assistance, so I may have to take the loss. In the end, it probably means exiting membership, if you can't trust sellers to deliver, price really doesn't matter.

As you can see on your order details, packing slip, shipping label, etc, they put "Recon" in their name, because the first con around is not enough. And Bentonville should have been a clue.

I've never had to do this, but did you open a case for, "Item not as described"?
If so:
Did you pay with paypal? If ebay hasn't satisfactorily handled your case, there's a good possibility that paypal could help you.

eBay and PayPal will both expect you to return the stuff you got for a full refund, they won't force a seller to do a partial refund. The difference is PayPal will expect you to pay return shipping while ebay will make the seller pay for return shipping.

So you have a choice, return it all for a full refund or keep it all and pay full price.

Considering the listing didn't specify any additional attachments, you should be happy you got anything at all. That sellers feedback is AWFUL!

If everything that was listed is not present when the shipment is received, request a return using the not as described reason and the seller is required to pay the return shipping.  You will be required to return the whole thing however.
