economy shipping , calculated only FEDEX smartpost option ??????????????

second day trying to create a listing and the only option i have for calculated shipping under economy is FEDEX smartpost ONLY no other options . If i change to flat rate shipping there are 8 options under economy .

What weight and dimensions are you entering for the package?

the correct ones , ive been listing for over 10 years . 9x6x5    1lb 15oz , the only option under calculated shipping is FEDEX smartpost , but if i change to flat rate same cost to everyone, 8 options become available under economy shipping . Ebay supervisor tried to create a listing and they are having the same issue ... curious thing if i create listing using my phone i do not have an issue only using my computer . I cleared and cached everything already

i just figured it out , under shipping there is now an option ( next to dimensions ) to select package type , that is creating the issue

I just read that the BUYER can choose the shipping.  I do not have easy access to FedEx, UPS, etc. I only have real access to USPS.  I have no idea what to do about that.
