For the past NINE DAYS, ebay's system will not create a USPS scan sheet for the shipments going to non-US addresses, so the labels have to be printed individually and I have to get the USPS carrier to scan each one individually (16 packages one day), which slows down everyone in the process, and at the holiday season to boot. I do not and will not use the ebay Global Shipping Program, what I've done successfully for the past 19+ years on ebay should work just fine. I've called ebay every day to report this and each time the person on the other end of the phone says it's the first they've heard of the problem. Nine times in the past ten days I've called, nine different people saying the same thing, no one has heard of it happening, it's only happening to me apparently, but that is impossible. And today, it wouldn't put one of the domestic customers on a scan sheet. What is going on, and why can't the ebay tech people get this fixed? How many other people are affected? The same thing happened about six months ago and I called in to report it, and ebay had it fixed the next day. This time, no one in whichever department fixes these things is doing their job. What is going on?
