ebay printing feature not working 8-29-24 at 5:20 pm

Hi @outofthecellar - from where are you trying to generate the packing slip?

I tested just now generating packing slips from 2 different browsers on the seller hub orders page and did not have any problems. https://www.ebay.com/sh/ord

Are you going through that page or a different page? Have you tried using a different browser?

Same problem. tried 2 different browsers as well. Just keeps spinning and will not print! Very frustrating, as I always include a packing slip except when customers specifically ask me not to!

There are different ways to generate the slip - on the page after you print the label, on the seller hub orders page, through My eBay all selling page ...

Thanks for your response.....I ended up going to the 'Orders' page and could print from there. Originally always went thru the seller's page! Looks like I pulled the trigger a little too fast! Thanks again!

I am on the orders page where I have always been able to print my packing slips. Under "selling" on the side panel and choosing shipping labels which pulls up all of my shipments. I am choosing my specific shipment and clicking on "actions" and choosing to print packing slip. It just keeps spinning. Maybe it's a Thursday night glitch. It's been like that all day though. Thank you for your response and trying to help! Maybe the problem will fix itself or "be fixed" by tomorrow. I'm still fairly new at navigating around Ebay so there are a lot of things I still don't know. I'm not even sure I'll find this board again once I close it. 😏 Thanks again!

Sounds like you're using My eBay - try using the link I posted above @outofthecellar as that worked for the other seller here. 🙂

I could not print packing slips on the evening of 8/29/24 nor can I this morning, 8/30/24.  I tried printing them from the Orders page, the Seller Hub, and Shipping Labels page - none would load a packing slip.  I tried two different browsers and still no success.

Go to the bulk labels page: https://www.ebay.com/gslblui/bulk

On the top left click "print pick list" - you can use that as a substitute for the packing slip until eBay fixes the problem.

If there are multiple orders on that page, just check and remove all but one - then go through one at a time generating pick lists for each. Hope that helps.

Next to the transaction select the print packing slip option from the drop down.
