ebay 'print label' has different address than 'order details' and paypal transaction?

a package was just 'return to sender'

turns out when I use  ebay 'print label' , it has different address than 'order details' and paypal transaction (which both agree).

what's up with that?

It sounds like you might have printed that label before your buyer made payment.

You'll see the buyers default shipping address at first. Then when your buyer goes through checkout and chooses the desired shipping address, you'll see that address instead when payment arrives. And that's the correct address for the label, not before.

also, just went in to print another label from ebay and the address is still different (and apparently wrong) than 'order details' and paypal.
