There's got to be a better way than what I'm doing. My items are all sent out w/ a regular first class stamp, so I don't need to purchase postage (in the cases that I do, I do it through ebay)
Currently I have all paypal paid notification emails routing to a folder in gmail, I then go through that unread items in that folder each night and just copy/paste addresses over to Word to an Avery template for labels. This can be time consuming when I have to do 40 of them at a time or so.
There's got to be a better way. I know the mail merge will work, sort of, if I export orders to a CSV then import to word. But there's so much setup invovled with each time I do it, and sometimes it will miss a line on the address or format it poorly.. it's still not a hands off approach and by the time I set it up, proof read what it does, and make any adjustments, I could have just copy/pasted them all.
Sounds like there used to be a shiprush software that did this (no longer free though) but was apparently before my time!
Any suggestions, there's got to be a better way? I've done the math on using something like stamps.com (if it even would do this) and it would still cost me just a little bit more with a subscription than doing it how I'm doing it, so I'm really looking for a FREE solution unless sales just about double and then it would make sense to pay for something like that.
THX~!

I have a template set up in Word using fields that matches Avery 8160 labels. It takes a little time to set up, but it allows you to copy and paste up to 30 addresses at a time and print just once. You have each cell formated so you don't have to do much editing. I also use 2 monitors so I can open the source document on one and the template on the other. Good luck.

sounds similar to what I do, I have the avery template, but i still click through each email and copy/paste the address over to my 2nd monitor.
its not terrible but, I just think there's got to be a better way out there!! I looked at word merge again to see if i just missed something, and there's just too much setup with it. Typically I'm doing 15-20 labels at a time. The setup may be worth it if I was doing hundreds of them.
