eBay tracking information is not updating

Hello. I'm a new seller on ebay. I sold a pair of jeans from Romania to Canada. The buyer has received the item and also left me a positive feedback. It has been delivered  on 23 february but the funds are still not released  because the ebay tracking is not updated . If i click the tracking number shown in the order it redirects me on Canada Post website and it says delivered. How can i resolve this issue so i can receive the funds? Thanks.

I had two more orders one in United States and another one in Canada, but for those two the tracking is updated.

New sellers have their payments held 30 days and sometimes longer.

Just be more patient. It's  coming.

As a new seller, they can hold the funds for 30 days.

Not much to do but wait until they are released.

Thanks for your answers.  I was asking because on my second sale the tracking is updated , the item is delivered and i received the funds. Just on the first sale the tracking in not working. But i will wait , thanks.

You could contact customer service and give them a link or screenshot to the Canada Post tracking information.  Sometimes there is a disconnect between the Canada Post site and eBay.
