The last estimated delivery date was 12/31/2020.
I received the item 02/06/2021 (which didn't suprise me due to COVID situation).
The item wasn't as described and i contacted the seller (ynpixel88) on 02/07/2021.
I got to answers from seller at 07 & 09 of February asking me "if it is possible that you sell it to others and we willpartial refund you as compensate so that u can buy new one?"
After that the seller does not respond.
I tried to contact eBay
- there is no return option because 30 days have passed after last estimated delivery date
- no email or other way to contact
So, you are at your own guys!!!
eBay is not covering you at all!!!

You can go to the very bottom of the help pages under returns and there is a place that says have us call you and they will call you back . Ive used this several times last month.

you have 30 days after delivery to dispute an item.you should file an item not as described.
ebay goes out of its way to help buyers with returns but you have to know how to follow the MBG
if you just got the item on Feb 6 then you can return it.....its not necessary to let the buyer know or talk to ebay.just file an item not as described and use you MBG privleges........ebay has given them to you

Yes, with Ebay, you only have 30 days to file a claim.
If you paid with Pay Pal, they give you 180 days to file a claim.
