I am unable to pick eBay standard shipping as an option when posting a sports card that is in the perimeters. I am new to selling and am curious as why this is happening. Please advise…thank you.

What do you mean by "in the perimeters"?
And what is the price on the card? There is a maximum price allowed of $20.00 to use the eBay Standard Envelope.
