eBay standard envelope not showing up

I meet every requirement for the standerd envelope but still the option does not show up. This is really messing me up because my hole operation is structured around low end sports cards.

It should show up at the time that you actually make a sale -- but don't forget to put in the exact measurements of the envelope itself!  That seems to be throwing off a lot of sellers lately.

eBay made a change when to setting up listings with certain types of packaging. When package dimensions entered are larger than the programmed dimensions the form will not show you those shipping options when setting up your listing.

Try entering the following package dimensions for the eBay Standard Envelope: 11x6x0.25

"Our Shipping Product team is working on a long term solution for this issue. In the meantime, the workaround is for the seller to enter dimensions of 11 X 6 X 1 in order for eBay Standard Envelope to appear as a service option."
