We just started using a cross posting platform and we had to start using shipping policies for the first time and so far I hate it. It is working fine for USPS ground items but I created one for fed ex ground and it keeps telling me the item dimentions are invalid when I put them in and try to list. It is 34x8x8 and 10 lbs. I'm sure I'm doing something wrong but can't figure it out and I'm stumped. Also is there anyway I can have policies but list some items the other way? I'm always reluctant to change and not the most tech savvy. Thanks to anyone who tries to help!
