In Seller Hub, under the Orders tab at the bottom, you can select Labels. A label can be voided there.
Then just go back to the order and select Purchase Another Label.

To check on whether the change in dimensions had an effect on the cost of your label, use the eBay shipping calculator to check the price for the adjusted dimensions to see if it's the same price as the label you already purchased. If there's no difference, then you don't need to do anything.

But regardless of that outcome, I'd just ship it. If the difference in dimensions has an effect on what you were supposed to pay, then it will be caught and adjusted by the APV system at your local sorting center.

The only time I'd bother to void the label and re-purchase it is if the adjusted price is significantly LOWER than what I paid for the first label, in case the APV system doesn't catch it and issue me the credit.

Sorry I’m new to this and don’t wanna get it wrong. Thank u for your help. Does 4$ sound normal to mail one men’s razor blade with the handle ? And what would you recommend to mail it ? Envelope or box ? I was thinking maybe a box so it doesn’t look all beat up by the time they receive it. But wanna know your recommendation. It says usps ground advantage

Postage cost for Ground Advantage that weighs up to 4 ounces would be $3.79 - $4.76 depending on location. Yes, a box would be better; postage cost is in 4-ounce increments, so the postage probably won't be higher if you use a box rather than an envelope.

Just wanna make sure,if I overpaid for the shipping labels through eBay,I will get a refund for the difference after it mails ? I don’t have a scale so everything I’m paying for says 1 pound just to be safe . I’m sure I will learn after I loose money the first couple times but trying to avoid that.

Also, how does the QR code work? I just have them scan it from my phone at the counter and they print the label?

Shipping refunds are few and far in between.
You can scan the QR at a kiosk if they have one or at the counter and they print a label.

Please I need help. Why is ground advantage usps eating all my profit? Products I’ve mailed aren’t even that heavy. Makes no sense. First few I didn’t have a scale. That’s on me. Then I mailed a few more after I weighed and measured and still the same outcome.

You need buy a scale immediately, not having one is going to cost you far, far more than the cost of a scale (it may have already). You also need a tape measure or a ruler to measure your packages; if a package is over a cubic foot the cost can skyrocket and can result in a substantial financial loss. If you are going to sell more items in the future, you really should also get a printer to print shipping labels (going to the post office to print labels costs gas/wear and tear on a car and costs you valuable time.)
You need to mail a razor in a box. Being plastic and odd shaped, mailing it in an envelope can cause it to be cracked.
Most of your items you are selling will barely sell for more than the will cost to ship, and then you have to factor in 15-20% in eBay fees, resulting in you making very little or nothing. (The dental floss picks in a can will especially be a problem.) The cost of shipping has risen dramatically in the last 4 years, especially for small/lightweight items. Many items of small value just can't be sold here anymore because shipping costs are so high now.
