In my experience eBay’s feedback and rating system can be manipulated and is, therefore, unreliable! I had a dreadful experience with a seller after notifying him that a silver tea set purchased from his eBay shop was not as described and was delivered in a damaged condition.
After I complained I was fobbed off by the seller. Consequently, I left negative feedback, however, I now find that this has been removed from the eBay portal, without explanation or any notice to me. I am thoroughly disgusted with eBay’s lack of transparency.
I now intend to close my account with eBay unless my complaint is addressed in a fair and reasonable manner.

No one here can address your complaints except to say to get FB removed it has to be something that is not allowed to be left as feedback.
Since the feedback is gone no one here can see what you left for the seller or what was said.
Did you file a “not as described “ case with eBay?
Had you done this you would have been able to return the item and / or received a refund.
90% of buyers never leave FB and sellers are not able to leave negative FB for buyers. So don’t put a lot of score in the FB system... it does not mean a whole lot.

In general, feedback is removed if you in any way imply to the seller that your feedback is conditional on their behavior, such as negative feedback if they don't comply with your wishes. For example, you can't send them a message like
