eBay not charging correct calculated shipping for multiple quantites

This has been happening a lot lately. If someone buys multiple quantities of the same item, eBay multiplies the shipping weight, but does not factor in the change of dimensions for the box. eBay has been absolutely no help. Does anyone know how to correct this?

For example, I sell an item that weighs 7lbs and the box is 22" x 14" x 8" and someone buys 10. eBay is only charging shipping for 70lbs with the same 22" x 14" x 8".

How many of this item can fit in one box?  If only one, then you should set the default shipping rule to not offer a combined discount, since each will have to ship separately.

Change your shipping rules to not combine shipping and then send the buyer an invoice or a refund once you are able to calculate the correct shipping price.
