eBay labels not printing properly how to fix this?

All of the sudden this morning my labels are not centered on the page but are all the way to the left and when I print it cuts off part of the address

How can I fix this?

Just called ebay and they said they are having many calls on this. So hopefully they fix this! 🙂

I called and they insist the problem is on my end...  They refuse to admit it could be a potential site issue..  😡

There was an windows update that changed the number of labels per page

I'm using a Mac so I don't think windows is the issue

Same problem here. Tried two different browsers. It's them, not us.

Same here, have to save as PDF and recenter. Can't use adhesive labels due to this problem...definitely Ebay's problem

The rep I talked to when I called Ebay CS was rude and kept telling me it was an issue with my printer and I needed to call the printer's manufacturer since I didn't know how to work my printer.  When I told him I knew what I was doing because I print thousands of labels a year, including many yesterday with no problem, it didn't seem to make any difference to him.  He said nothing had been reported to ebay so it was either my printer or it was a USPS issue but either way it was not ebay's problem....  Gotta love the great ebay customer service...  😡

Same here.  Problem just started yesterday. Label is vertical in middle of page when it used to show horizontal. Printer software cannot change it. Tried different browsers, no help. Lots of things going wrong with ebay nowdays. Listing not showing correctly, label problems. A multi million dollar company and ebay can't even get their printing software corrected. smh

I am having the same problem this afternoon.  There is no way to get the label horizontal again and when it prints vertically it's cutting off the very left part of the label.  This needs to be fixed NOW!!!

Same issue here. It was fine last night. I printed 30 labels with no problems. Today everything is vertical and all of  the way to the left. Very annoying.

Technically they are correct.
The solution chosen is also wrong.

Simply have to select 2 per page in the printing setup options.

I just talked with eBay customer support and they confirmed this is an eBay glitch that has been happening since yesterday and they are working on it.  In the meantime as a work-around, I was able to reprint the label selecting "2 pages per sheet" and it repositioned the label away from the edge but I had to readjust the size by making it 150% size or the label came out too tiny for use.  

At least this worked for me but printer setups may be different for everyone.
