Was the Shipping label printed through eBay? Normally the Ship To: address is verified with the USPS database at the time you buy the label (which, for example, is how a buyer's 5-digit address on eBay gets magically converted to ZIP+4 9-digit format on the label), so I'm wondering how it even reached the stage of being able to buy and print a label with no state abbreviation on it.
