Anyone else STILL unable to generate an international shipping label? I have tried rounding up & down on the item value and have not been able to generate a label and customer service has been NO HELP. I even canceled the order and the customer repurchased and the problem persists! This has been happening since Monday!!
Is there another way to get the item to the customer??

I had a similar problem a couple of weeks ago except it was that the buyer could not pay.
I had the Global Shipping Program as the shipper. On my side it was good and showed that it would ship to their country but they could not pay. I tried a few different things. What finally got it to work was to change the shipping from the Global Shipping Program to the eBay Standard International Shipping. There is a difference in how each program does the Customs and maybe that is why one worked and the other did not?
Maybe change your shipping to the Global Shipping Program and see it this will work.
I have found many times, depending on the weight that the Global Shipping Program is cheaper.

We have that same issue today!

You can still use paypal shipping by signing into paypal.com/shipnow
There were reports on the boards that the amount of the sale for international labels had to be changed to a dollar amount so if your sale shows as 19.99, change it to $20. I'm not sure if that is what is causing your problem but thought that I would mention it.

Yes placing an even dollar amount works to get rid of the red shade in the value box and then you can print the label. It does not accept a decimal point for cents. This has been going on for a week now. It has been reported in the technical issues section on the board.

I could not print with order value 29.99 but could print 30.00
maybe cents are not allowed anymore.

today was my first day trying to do this and had the same issue. I read many different posts about this and I was able to get it to finally work. I was shipping to Canada and the customers zip code had 3 digits a space and 3 digits. Once I deleted the space in their zip code I was able to print the label. Hope this helps!

I only use PirateShip for international sales. Up to 8 oz to Canada $8.49; rest of world $10.49.

Do you get a special discount with them?
Maybe I am checking it wrong, but I get a quote of $13.53 for 1 to 8 ounces to Canada.
With eBay Standard International to Canada it is $11.00 for 8 ounces.
If there is a different way to get a better price it would be nice to know.

I am shipping to Canada with eBay International and it keeps telling me it can't generate a label. I have tried the changing the weight to 3 instead of 2 lbs 10 ounces, there is not a space between the 6 digit area code, but I have tried to do a space too just to try, confirmed that the address is an actual legit address, have had the person cancel and repurchase, have changed the dimensions and size to what it actually is, changed it to round numbers, not changed it - I think I have tried everything that has been mentioned - any other ideas.
I did contact eBay - they are having a high call rate right now - I was told - they contacted me back, the day after I just had them cancel the item and repurchase it. Told me that was the right thing to do and to let them know if it still didn't work. Contacted them again to let them know it still isn't working and haven't heard from them.
Her last purchase ended up saying I was late in shipping (before I had her cancel it), hoping to get that removed since it wasn't my fault, this time I at least have until Monday to work on it.
Any help is GREATLY Appreciated.
I would just go to Pirate or Paypay, BUT it was picked for eBay International, so I would guess I need to go through eBay so that they know it is on its way - if I am wrong in this, please let me know and I will try it that way.

Oh My Goodness - I actually combined a few of the things I mentioned above - adding the exact dimensions, rounding up the weight to 3 lbs (which I had done these two together before) and ADDED a space in the zip code - it is a 6 digit code that normally has a space, but she didn't put one and things I read said that when they took the space out it worked - well for me it was putting it in and adding a space between her first and last name - things that I REALLY didn't think would make a difference, but IT GENERATED a label FINALLY.
Crazy that it had to be this hard. I TOTALLY agree with everyone that says it should state WHAT the issue is - not just "can't do it" type responce.

I'm having the same issue, if you rather not cancel you can use ship station or stamps.com and use the global shipping service it is about 10% extra but you do not lose the sale completely, I was able to print some but I touched so many things that I can't really tell what worked so I rather pay the extra and have the item out. I keep following to see if any genius out there can give us a clue on how not to get this error, thank you for sharing!
