eBay didn't update shipping rates?

Didn't read that we are to eat up the USPS rate increase.

Buyer paid 2lbs parcel select 10.26, I almost printed label within dimensional allowance of 11.01 for parcel select. Good thing fedex was still 10.08

If the customer purchased the item before the new rates went into effect yesterday they would have paid the old rate
