eBay didn't detect that I purchased a shipping label

I sold something, printed the shipping label, and took it to the Post Office yesterday. I checked the status today and eBay is saying I am "overdue" to ship. This may have to do with the fact that I printed out the shipping label from my local library. EBay hasn't sent me a tracking number, since they think I haven't printed the shipping label. How can I let eBay know they made a mistake?

I marked it as shipped. Hopefully, that solves the problem.

Where you printed out the label is irrelevant...

where did you purchase it?

What is the tracking NUMBER?

Just enter that number on the item detail so it is visible to your buyer.....

I think you have fixed your present issue. I hope logging onto your eBay from a public library causes no more issues.

Where you print the label doesn't make any difference.

Did you get the package scanned when you dropped it off?
