Buyer contacted me saying said package was said to have been delivered in or at her mailbox, she did not find it. What is my responsibility now?

Advise buyer to contact her local post office to undertake a GPS for the delivery location.
Misdelivery sometimes happens.
Hopefully the package will be located.
When tracking confirms delivery your responsibility has ended.

It depends on what responsibility that you want to take on ... eBay and PayPal simply require the tracking to say that it is delivered. It is the customer's responsibility to provide a safe delivery location for the package. But, if you want to also take responsibility for porch pirates and forgetful customers, then you can offer to replace it or refund ... you don't have to, but you can if you wish.
If you decide that it is the customer's responsibility, you can still try to help them locate the package. Here are some initial steps.
