eBay Global Shipping has not been working last few days

I sell a lot with eBay Global shipping, it used to show up every listing I made and now it hasn't or won't show up on anything. I have called eBay and they just say it will work itself out but it hasn't and it's cost me money. Anyone else have issues here lately?

I just looked at 2 of your listings and when I clicked on shipping/payments tab  it will only show USA.no country list at all.

I think you need to enable international shippng for GSP to work

We have not changed our listings formats in 2 years though, it's always been on there. I believe if we turn on international shipping we will be liable to ship?

 It's possible that the gsp option was deleted when you were transferred to MP. Did you double check that the gsp is set up?
