eBay Can’t have it both ways. Shipping: Drop Down Options.

What happened to the "file a claim" dropdown that used to be in the "Labels" page?

In the search bar it has the "Search by Insurance Policy" but even then there isn't anything to file a claim.  It used to be there, and it was very efficient and fast compared to going through the shipping company.  I know that UPS wasn't a part of that, but FedEx and definitly USPS was ok through this option.

FedEx say a package was delivered, but customer never got it and wants a refund.  We did our part and shipped it, so FedEx has to cover this.  Any ideas?

I believe you have to file the claim on the FedEx website ... I know the USPS requires filing on their website.

Thanks. I have used it in the past and it worked very well for USPS at least, but that's not there anymore. I'm sure it's just another way to make seller's life even more difficult. 😞

No, they don’t. If the carrier scanned it as delivered, FedEx will not cover it. You aren’t liable either as long as you enter the tracking number in the case if the buyer files with eBay or PayPal.
