double charge for Labels Now

I been selling on Ebay a while when i need to get rid of some stuff. I noticed double billing on shipping labels twice . I had a difficult time printing one so printed it again and was double charged. CS said once I voided  i had to wait 14 days to get refund from UPS that is absurd a free 14 day loan to UPS from thousands of ebay sellers doing the same mistake. I can see three business days but 14 days I see class action lawsuit pending soon.

The length of time is so the carriers can make sure the label isn't used. Instead of purchasing a new label, you could have reprinted the original.

To reprint a label purchased through eBay (or download a copy of a QR code through the reprint function), go to this page, find the order and select Reprint from the Actions drop-down. The reprint option is available for 7 days.

To void a shipping label purchased through eBay, go to this page, find the order and select Void from the Actions drop-down. The void option is available for 5 days.

It takes between 2-4 weeks to receive a refund on an unused, voided label. You'll see the refund on your original source of payment (bank, credit card, etc) and the funds will appear in your account without an email notification.
