soo, i just setup international shipping, and i would rather do a USPS international option, but I want the ups store to pack my items because I wont be able to pack my item, so do i have to use a ups shipping label for a item that was packed by the ups store? I wanted to use a ups store packed item, with a USPS shipping label.

Thats not what the OP was asking, it's actually the opposite.
The OP was asking if UPS would package up their USPS packages. According to UPS store they do.

Seller can use UPS to pack items and ship it using USPS as USPS shipping at a UPS Store.

I believe a shipping label cannot be past the date...meaning expired a day later. Thought I would thrown that out there.

Yes they can. Thats what their website says. As long as you purchase their shipping materials.

Unless your buyer paid for UPS International shipping and agreed to the hefty customs "brokerage fees" that come with UPS International shipping, you really should send it via USPS. If you send it via UPS, they will be presented with those expensive brokerage fees that they wouldn't have to pay if it was sent in the mail instead. UPS International is probably also much more expensive than sending it First Class or Priority International.
I once asked the FedEx Store this question, and they told me I had to send it FedEx, glad UPS will do this.
