I live in Paraguay. But, I have a delivery address in Miami. So, this is not a sale to another country. Because the item will stay in Miami!
The seller claims not to sell to other countries. But, I'm buying for delivery in MIami and he canceled the sale! I think you have regretted putting the item up for auction. But, this is not fair!

I just think bill to -ship to items make some sellers nervous.

Is Miami the shipping address that you have on record with ebay & PayPal?

Unfortunately a lot of scammers use frieigt forwarders and many eBay sellers are now afraid to ship to forwarders. There’s also the issue of higher PayPal fees charged to the seller since you have an international PayPal account. I’m sorry this happened. I would suggest you contact sellers first and explain that you use a forwarding service, hopefully they won’t cancel your purchases.
