That's an estimated delivery date. To be more specific there are a bunch of reasons why a package is delayed from weather delay to processing mistakes. Could also be lost if the package hasn't moved in over a week in one location. My recommendation is to reach out to the seller and have them respond and look into it. If they don't contact you then you can file a claim as "not received." When you make the comment "What's going on" this community of your peers wouldn't know exactly.

My guess, the carrier is running a little behind.
As long as it's moving, I'd give it a couple days.

You posted under technical issues. Your issue is delayed delivery which is not a technical issue.
If your item is still in transit you would need to ask your seller to check on it . But sellers don't have the ability to hurry up the shipper.
Depending on where your item is coming from and the route it's taken, there could be weather slowing things down or other issues as another poster has pointed out.

Why wouldn’t the buyer just look up the tracking info? The tracking update is right on the order page.
