Your guess about a postage undercharge made sense, so I looked at my paypal account.
Strangely, I paid $2.93 each for the 2 labels on August 11. Then I was refunded $2.93 twice on the same day. Then the ebay debits were charged on my invoice September 17, $2.93 twice.
So it doesn't look like a wrong charge adjustment, since all the amounts are the same.
Maybe there was some sort of glitch that day that wrongly refunded payments?
Anyway, it looks like I was charged the right amounts in the end. Thanks.
@carlqsportscards Thank you so much for following up. That does sound like we had an issue with the charges and had to correct it through your invoice. I'm sorry there was any confusion with this.
