combining shipping on seperate transactions

I recently sold 3 seperate items with shipping charges.  One party bought all 3 and requested combined shipping to reduce cost.  I am in agreement with the request, but how do I go about deleting and issuing one shipping charge.

Go to

My ebay > Selling > Orders > Awaiting payment > More actions > Send invoice

ebay displays a message stating the buyer has purchased additional items, would you like to combine shipments?  Say yes.

Now you will enter the shipping cost for all of the items to be shipped together.  I assume you have weighed the packaged items and determined the shipping cost.  Send the invoice.
