combined shipping

I am trying to combine shipping.  I have been at this for over an hour.  I even printed off the directions, but it won't allow me to change the rates already posted.  It won't let me adjust the size of the package either.  Now, it has even erased the previous shipping amounts.  It won't even  let me add a charge for shipping.  Now, the invoice reads only the sale price of the items without any shipping.

combined shipping

I just combine everything with one label, then add the same tracking for all the items separately,  if you don't print out labels you won't be charged shipping, just for the one label only

On the shipping label page there is a way to combine multiple orders on one shipping label.

That would then give each order the same tracking number.

It's hard to explain how do do it.

I would need multiple orders.

If I can figure it out, anybody can.

Has the buyer already paid you for the items? Combined shipping has some glitches once in awhile especially when it relates to BIN immediate payment required items and the buyer makes individual purchases as opposed to using the shopping cart which also has hic cups on occasion.

If the buyer has already paid the shipping for the individual items you cannot change the rates but you do have a couple of choices. You can send them individually with separate labels or you could send them in one package and refund the buyer  for any extra postage. If you send in one package the posted rate is not going to matter what you will pay for the label will be based on the adjustment you make to the dimensions and weight when you purchase the label. If you use a single package simply upload the tracking information to the other orders and mark they shipped. Keep in touch with your buyer so he is aware what you are doing with regards to the number of packages you are sending.

***Buyer HAS paid***

1. Go to your awaiting shipment page: https://www.ebay.com/sh/ord/?filter=status:AWAITING_SHIPMENT
2. Select the items you want to combine, then click print shipping label from the drop down menu. This will show all your items together as one package with one tracking number.
3. Make your weight adjustments so you can print the label with the correct postage.
4. Print your label.

***Buyer HAS NOT paid***

Here is how to send an invoice for several items:

Find the items you’re wanting to combine payments for:
1. In Seller Hub, select Orders https://www.ebay.com/sh/ord/?filter=status:ALL_ORDERS In My eBay, select Sold https://www.ebay.com/mys/sold
2. Use the drop down menu to the right of the item to select send invoice next to one of the items you’d like to include in the invoice.
3. On the next page, all items purchased by that buyer will be shown.
4. Adjust shipping charges.
5. Enter a message to the buyer if you wish.
6. To preview the invoice, select Preview invoice before sending.
7. To send the invoice, select Send invoice.

It's not clear from your post, but if you already sent an invoice I don't believe you'll be able to send another.

The easier you are to offend the easier you are to control.

Nice directions. I was not clear on the OP but what I think they may have been attempting to do was the situation where the buyer has paid and the shipping the buyer paid is way over what it cost after the seller combined the items into a single package but I cannot be sure of that.
