claiming for lost parcel with packlink

packlink have admitted that the parcel is lost and emailed me a claim form , they insist that I have to fill the form in even though it will not let me upload photos.I have emailed all information and photos of invoice and hermes parcel receipt. I Cannot go any further, their advice is to take them to the small claims court!!

Please remember that you need to use pdf, jpg, jpeg. Do it on your computer signed into your eBay account and that documents does not exceed 25mbs

What happens next?

After the claim form is completed correctly, the dossier will be assigned to the claims department for final evaluation.

If you do not do it we will not be able to help further so I recommend you to file a claim in the small claim court then.

I doubt that most people here are familiar with Packlink as this is the US board. You might want to post on the UK sellers discussion boards.

really strange, i am only on UK site but when i click discussion boards i end up in USA! Cannot get on a UK board.
