changing from Local Pickup to Free Shipping

Hi Everybody,

I am trying to change an item I have listed from Local Pickup to Free Shipping. But Domestic Shipping is grayed out so I can't can't change the setting in the dropdown window.

If there is an open offer on the item, you can't change it until the offer expires.
