There are no agents here. EBay is not here.  We are buyers and sellers on a community forum.

If you need to change the address on an order, contact your seller to see if the item is still in their possession. 

The seller could then cancel the sale and you can repurchase and enter the correct address.

Once an item is paid for, the seller cannot change the shipping address @mbiagini . You will have to ask the seller if it's still possible to cancel the order (or click the cancel button on this page) so you can repurchase with your correct shipping address. If it's too late for the seller to cancel then you may want to work with the current resident of the address entered at checkout so you can retrieve the package from them, or contact the local PO and ask them to hold the package for pickup.

You can visit this page to make sure your registration and shipping addresses are both up to date. Once you enter your new address, change it to your default address which will allow you to delete the old address. Account Settings: Addresses

You can file a change of address and mail forwarding request with USPS which will take a minimum of 3 biz days, or up to 2 weeks to go into effect. https://www.usps.com/manage/forward.htm
