Perhaps the OP himself did not physically move, but is drop shipping from elsewhere.

I had the same thought about drop shipping from China, but if that's what the OP is trying to do then they need to provide that info. The response to someone that's trying to set up a drop ship account vs someone that physically moved and is trying to change their registration country will be vastly different. We can't help if OP doesn't provide more clarity.
